1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by ph76c (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of ph76c services and refrain from creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity on the Platform. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

ph76c reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

ph76c services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account access and gameplay. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are expressly forbidden from using ph76c services. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, and you agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account with ph76c, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and valid email address. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account with ph76c. Creation of multiple accounts, whether for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph76c account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to immediately notify ph76c if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph76c will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

ph76c supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), over-the-counter payment centers (including 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier), and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit.

Deposited funds must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ph76c reserves the right to reverse any deposit originating from a third-party source and to suspend or close accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in cases where ph76c, in its sole discretion, determines that a refund is warranted due to technical error or other extraordinary circumstances.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the payment method selected and subject to ph76c's verification procedures. Typical processing times are fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals, and one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.

Before processing a withdrawal, ph76c may require you to provide identity verification documents, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification documents have been received and approved.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. All withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform, and ph76c reserves the right to impose additional limits or request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds credited to your account as bonuses, promotions, or free bets are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before the bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

4.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on ph76c are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. Game results are final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects game outcome, ph76c reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all wagers placed, or to determine the correct outcome based on game logs and system records.

4.3 Betting Limits

ph76c reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to responsible gaming considerations, risk management, or detection of irregular betting patterns. Users will be notified of any changes to their betting limits via email or account notification.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits

ph76c is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through their account settings. Self-exclusion options are available for Users who wish to take a break from gambling for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently).

6.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination

ph76c reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false or misleading information, or for any other reason that ph76c, in its sole discretion, deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with legal requirements.

In the event of account termination for violation of these Terms, ph76c reserves the right to forfeit any funds remaining in your account. If your account is terminated and you believe the termination was in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting customer support within thirty (30) days of the termination date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with ph76c are the exclusive property of ph76c or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ph76c services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content or software from ph76c without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph76c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ph76c has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall ph76c's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your ph76c account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of ph76c shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and ph76c, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph76c customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Amendments to Terms

ph76c reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time and for any reason. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Users via email notification and/or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of ph76c following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of ph76c and close your account.
